2 Staff Admission & Case Manager Admission Staff Preferably Bachelor degree from Any Major. Diploma III may apply. Having relevant experiences in Admission/Registration at similar industry Preferable > 1 year – Responsible for Patient Admission, registration related, supporting administration and reporting. – The scope is included registration data analysis as of feeder information for management, Admission policies, concept for documents i.e Admission reporting. – In addition, evaluate and monitoring Admission services and activities.
3 Staff Admission & Case Manager Admission Staff for COT Minimum Diploma III major in Hospital Administration, Public Health, and economics – Responsible for Patient Admission, registration related, supporting administration and reporting due to surgery schedule. – The scope is included registration data analysis as of feeder information for management, Admission policies, concept for documents i.e Admission reporting. – In addition, evaluate and monitoring Admission services and activities.
4 Staff Admission & Case Manager Call Center Minimum Diploma III in any major. Preferable from Communication or Administration − Handling customer complaints, analyzing problems & providing solutions. − Provide excellent service to customers. − Respond to questions from customers − Answering telephone, email, from customers. − Help solve problems from customers. − Establish communication with customers from various channels. − Explain or inform the products provided by the company
5 Staff Radiology Radiographer Minimum Diploma III in radiology. Preferable having 1 year relevant experiences. − Responsible for radiography preparation and action as of specialist doctor guideline. The Scope is included calculating monitoring dosage per unit radiation area. Also preparing report of accessorizes radiography checking.
6 Staff Integrated Laboratory Junior Laboratory Staff Minimum Diploma III in Health Analyst. Preferable having relevant experiences >2 years − Responsible to prepare materials and equipment for laboratory specimen. The Scope is included handling specimens as of specialist doctor guidance, maintaining laboratory equipment, prepare materials for reagent/biological media, also electrophoresis reaction review.
7 Staff Integrated Laboratory Administration Staff Minimum Diploma III of Public Health or Hospital Administration. Having relevant experiences in hospital management, preferable > 1 year. Preferable from similar industry. Willing to work in Shifting. − Responsible to handle Administration for Integrated Lab.Unit, Implementation supporting activities for Integrated Lab.Unit. − Monitoring and evaluation of the administration.
8 Staff Integrated Laboratory Blood Services Technician Minimum Diploma III from Blood Bank Technology − Carry out blood group checks and match tests and take notes on work classes − Performing re-screening of donor blood − Processing blood into its components − Carry out operational services for blood bank units − Fostering good relations with doctors, nurses and other departments − Participate in organizing and carrying out administrative activities in the blood bank unit − Participate in designing, implementing and updating blood bank unit operations − Enter the amount of stock of reagents and auxiliary materials in the stock card − Checking the reagents and auxiliary materials received according to the order − Request or return blood stock to UTD PMI to maintain blood supply − Maintain and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace − Coordinate family donors when necessary.
9 Staff Finance & Accounting Cashier Minimum Bachelor degree from Economic / Accounting / Management Having relevant experiences, preferable > 2 year. Preferable from similar industry. Diploma degree may apply − Responsible for verification of service transactions, providing information to the patient the amount of service bills in accordance with the costs incurred, printing receipts of Outpatient/Inpatient and temporary receipts of advance payments, receiving cash / credit transaction payments. − Make a cashier report, and submit job responsibilities to the next shift.
10 Staff Inpatient & Outpatient Unit Midwife Minimum Diploma III in Midwifery. Preferable having relevant experiences in Type B Hospital minimum 1 year. − Responsible for nursing care to individual, family, group and community in order to improve health services of illness healing, prevention and health recovery.
11 Staff Inpatient & Outpatient Unit Cardiovascular Technician Minimum Diploma III in Cardiovascular Technic. Preferable having relevant experiences in Type B Hospital minimum 1 year. Able to carry out cardiovascular technician services according to standard procedures and prioritizing patient safety), including: preparation, implementation of technical services cardiovascular, and routine equipment maintenance covers the areas of vascular sonography, echocardiographic sonography, field electrocardiography and blood pressure, cardiac catheterization and heart rhythm disturbances.
12 Staff Inpatient & Outpatient Unit Healthcare Assistant Having relevant experiences. Preferable from similar industry, and having spesific training certificate related to hospital operations / technician. Willing to work in Shifting. High School graduates may apply Responsible to help health Nurse in daily basis.
13 Staff Inpatient & Outpatient Unit Runner Having relevant experiences. Preferable from similar industry, and having spesific training certificate related to hospital operations / technician. Willing to work in Shifting. High School graduates may apply Responsible to help health analyst and radiographer in daily basis.
14 Staff Facilities and Infrastructure Unit Mechanical Electrical Technician Minimum Diploma III from Electrical , Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Having relevant experiences form similar industry min. 1 years – Responsible for data collection of mechanical and electrical facilities in building. – The scope is included preparing standard operating procedure, review, monitor, manage ME installation. In addition, repair component replacement, physical and function ME installation and the facilities, including reportings.
15 Staff Facilities and Infrastructure Unit Electromedical Technician Minimum Diploma III in Electromedic. Having relevant experiences form similar industry min. 1 years – Responsible to collect electromedic data, standard measurement, spareparts, working tools, work load in relate to electromedic maintenance and standard measurement tools – The scoop is included preparing guideline, reporting activity of standard measurement calibration. In addition, physically checking and components replacement.
16 Staff Pharmacy & CSSD Pharmacist Minimum bachelor degree with Pharmacist profession. Having relevant experiences, preferable > 2 year. Preferable from similar industry. Willing to work in Shifting. − Responsible for managing pharmacy stockiest under respective unit. − The accountability is included pharmacy services as of respective competency, not limited to policies document, also guideline/standard operating procedure of pharmacy job scope. Also, plan of pharmacy unit requisitions. − In addition, monitor, evaluate and reporting of respective pharmacy unit, which includes reporting for State Health Unit, BPOM, Ministry of Health.
17 Staff Pharmacy & CSSD Pharmacist Assistant Minimum Diploma III of Pharmacy. Having relevant experiences in hospital management, preferable > 1 year. Preferable from similar industry. Willing to work in Shifting. − Responsible for preparation room, equipment’s, materials for pharmacy production activities. Also, distributes pharmacy stockiest as assigned by the Pharmacist. − The accountability is included measurement of raw materials for pharmacy production. The scope is included research of sourcing data/materials for pharmacy unit production planning activities. − In addition, checking receipt administration and packaging the medicine labels.
18 Staff Nutrition and Food Management Unit Nutritionist Minimum Diploma III Nutrisionist. Having relevant experiences, preferably > 1 years Preferable from similar industry. – Responsible for preparing nutrition standard, meals and ilness-related dietetics. – The scope is included training arrangement in nutrition area, physcial materials and nutrition facilities. Also monitor quality of foods and PMT.

23 Staff Logistic Logistic Staff Minimum Diploma III in any major. Having relevant experiences in hospital management, preferable > 1 year. Preferable from similar industry. Willing to work in Shifting. Making preparations for loading at the Logistics unit. – Implementing receipts, storage and distribution for pharmaceutical and general logistics. – Responsible to implementation, administration and reporting of TU and other logistics. – Making preparations for any in and out administration letters/mails. – Responsible of general administration matters and reporting to Logistic and Administration.
24 Staff Logistic Transporter Having relevant experiences. Preferable from similar industry, and having spesific training certificate related to hospital operations / technician. Willing to work in Shifting. High School graduates may apply -Perform daily inspection to all vehicles at all shift beginning. -Ascertain that all cars are properly cleaned and maintained and that any need for repairs is outlined and reported. Obtain orders for transporting people (staff members) or things to different locations, and ensure that they are carried out correctly. -Assist passengers in embarking and disembarking to and from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. -Receive items and documents for transport, and ensure that they are safely transported to their destinations. -Safely drive assigned office vehicles by following set rules and regulations. -Transport people to their destinations, or handle office pick-up duties, and deliver parcels and documents. Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on assigned vehicles, and ensure that proper detailing is performed. -Responsible to carry out tasks related to operations or Technicians and others for Hospital. -Scope includes expedition work, technicians. -Pharmacy Helper of daily operations, other general technical tasks to support/help general functions and hospital services. -Other scope of work that includes additional reporting and assignments.
